The Philosophy

You already have the answers. You already know so much, even though you may not be completely aware of it right now.

You don’t need an expert to tell you that eating vegetables is healthy or that synthetic drugs are toxic or that standing barefoot on the earth is a good idea.

You already know all this. It’s hardwired into your DNA.

On some level, you know that you were meant to live with Nature and not against it — that you are in fact, a part of Nature. You also know that you were born to be completely healthy. Sometimes you just need to be reminded of it.

It’s like in the movie The Notebook when the husband tries to help his wife who has Alzheimer’s remember who he is by reading to her the diary she kept when she was younger. Throughout the story she has flashes of forgotten memories and finally remembers who he is.*

” You already have the answers. Sometimes you just need to be reminded of it.”

And this is why I created this website — to remind you of the limitless potential you can have by getting tuned back in to laws of Nature and the vibrations the Universe. To remind you that simpler is better.

The conventional wisdom is that our current modern world is better than the world our ancestors lived in — that technology has unquestionably improved the lives of humans. In some ways it certainly has. But in many ways it has degraded the quality of our health and the richness of our existence.

This need that we’ve developed to be smarter than Nature has disconnected us from Her and has effectively dulled our instincts and intuition. The good news, however, is that our natural instincts are still inside every one of us, waiting to be rediscovered and revived.

This site — this community — is about learning how to make healthy diet and lifestyle choices using common sense. It’s about getting back to the root of what is natural and sustainable. It’s about understanding that your own intuition is one of the most powerful tools you can use to reclaim your superpowers and have the best health ever.

In abundant health,
Ruben Chavez

*Hell yeah I cried when I watched that movie.
